Technical Lead Developer

Job summary:

This is a permanent, full time position with an exciting, growing firm. You would work on developing mobile applications for Android devices. You will be a development leader that analyzes functional requirements and designs and develops technical solutions to meet those business requirements.

 Job Duties:

- Be responsible for translating business requirements to technical specifications, developing mobile apps using the latest technologies

- Work closely with management and the design team to provide technical consultations

- Develop, write, and submit technical reports for technical presentations and meetings, and customer briefings, along with technical reviews with other areas within IT to ensure change management ramifications are clearly articulated and understood

- Work with other IT groups to ensure the integrity and high quality of customized application by following change management processes

The ideal candidate will have the following:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with an initiative for continuing studies and coursework

- Web development experience with HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, jQuery

- Android mobile app development experience

- Experience developing in Objective-C

- Experience with react.js and Ruby on rails

- Ability to architect elegant solutions to complex problems

- Demonstrated ability to work well directly with customers, teams, and in a matrix managed environment

- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills

- Must have the ability to manage multiple projects and activities
